Every paper will be peer-reviewed by at least three different individuals.  Papers will be accepted based on originality, correctness, and quality of writing. The authors of the accepted paper must register in advance for inclusion of their paper in the conference proceedings, and at least one author of each accepted paper must present the work at the conference (papers not presented will not be included in the post-print, including any Digital Libraries). Short papers of 4 to 6 pages, describing work in progress, can also be submitted.
